Christmas Day is just around the corner and this is the time to appreciate the wonderful people in our lives. This year has been a hard year for so many. We have seen uncertainty in our lives with the economy creating hardships in our day to day. In spite of this, we carried on to smile, to laugh and to love.
I am blessed to have been able to see some familiar faces this year as I made my way through the markets in Kamloops and Sun Peaks! I have met many new people this year who have quickly become a familiar face as well!
I met some beautiful brides/ grooms -to be this year and was honored to be chosen to provide the wedding cake/cupcakes for their special day. Every one of the designs for the cakes were special and deserved the very best I had. To each of you, I thank you for allowing Simply Cakes to be a part of your special day ❤️
Also new this year was the gender reveal cakes/cupcakes. I love to make these knowing the pure joy to come once the cake was cut! Thank you to each of you who entrusted Simply Cakes to keep the secret! 👶👼
